Orders placed Mon - Fri before 1 P.M. MST normally ship same day and should arrive to you within 3-5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends will not be processed until Monday morning thus, orders do not ship until Monday afternoon.

Shopping is easy at Trash Bag Depot. We have designed the website to be very simple to use. You can either click into the categories on the left hand panel of each page, or enter a keyword and/or part number of the item you need in our search box. When you find the item you wish to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart. When you are completed shopping, click the checkout to pay for your purchase. Trash Bag Depot accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Net 30 terms are also available on approved credit. See below.

Purchase orders & Net Terms:

Trash Bag Depot accepts purchase orders and will grant net terms accounts to qualifying businesses and organizations. If you already have a completed credit application from your organization, please fax it to us at (801)444-4376.

Payment by check:

If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit card, the best method is to simply add items to your Trash Bag Depot shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase, and mail to our address above with your check or money order payable to Janisan, Inc. Please be sure to include contact information with your payment.

APO/FPO and International orders:

Trash Bag Depot does not ship to international locations.

Returns:

All unopened products purchased at Trash Bag Depot can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department. You can reach customer support at (877)277-5087. All unopened products purchased that exceed the 10 day window can be returned to us and will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Products which have been opened will not be accepted due to the nature of the product and our inability to tell whether product has been used or not. For orders with products placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Trash Bag Depot shall be that of the customers. Returns for orders beyond 30 days of receipt will not be accepted. Please be advised that we cannot refund shipping charges unless your order was damaged upon receipt. In the event that a product was purchased in error due to sizing we will not be held responsible for selecting and/or purchasing the wrong size trash bags.
